The boiler body is divided into two parts: the upper  part includes the drum, convection tube bundle,  and furnace wall, while the lower part includes  the coal hopper, grate, and base. On-site assembly  is all that's required, simplifying the installation  process.

A dual-side air intake with six  individual air chambers is equipped  with dampers to ensure highly  efficient fuel combustion

Equipped with an economizer and air preheater at  the rear to reduce exhaust gas temperature and  boost thermal efficiency. Numerical control (NC)  welding and low-nitrogen combustion technology  are also employed to minimize pollutant emissions.
